Job summary

PIOVAN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization. The role partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This hybrid position is primarily based in Cranberry Township, PA and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency setting.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, engineering, operations, or industrial roles.
• Experience with hourly and salaried recruitment.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage approval process for new position requisitions and post openings in ATS and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, qualifications, skills, and interview processes.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, managers, and interview teams.
• Maintain communication on pipelines, progress, and recommendations with managers.
