Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing, production, skilled trades, engineering, operations, or related roles.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions in ATS and post openings on job boards.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Source candidates via recruiting platforms, social media, networking, referrals, and more.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and teams.
• Communicate progress, feedback, and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Extend offers per policies and compensation guidelines; initiate background checks.
• Support onboarding activities after offer acceptance.
