Job summary

Piovan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization. This hybrid role is primarily located in Cranberry Township, PA, and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent, manage requisitions in ATS and job boards, and support onboarding and workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, skilled trades, engineering or industrial roles.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried recruitment efforts.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions and post openings in ATS and external job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and interview processes.
• Source and attract qualified candidates via platforms, social media, networking, referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide hiring recommendations.
• Support onboarding, background screenings, and offer processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
