Job summary

Zekelman Industries in Chicago seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and professional roles across the U.S. and Canada, with a hybrid schedule in downtown Chicago and travel about 10%.

You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, ensure policy compliance, and help build diverse, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting both hourly operations and professional roles.
• Experience using an ATS and strong knowledge of recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruiting support.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview processes including management and executive leadership.
• Ensure processes comply with talent acquisition policies and procedures.
