Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across US & Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruiting support.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates via multiple channels.
• Coordinate interview processes including management and executive rounds.
• Ensure compliant recruiting processes and effective posting/advertising.
• Drive recruiting strategies to attract manufacturing and professional talent.
• Conduct background checks and pre-employment activities.
• Leverage social media to attract passive/active candidates.
• Support onboarding and new hire integration with HR teams.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-to-fill and report regularly.
