Job summary

Easton Select Group in West Bridgewater, MA seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with managers, and build strong candidate experiences. The role supports peak season hiring (Mar–May) for pool industry labor and office roles, with a focus on timely, compliant onboarding and strong stakeholder collaboration. The position is hybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or communications or equivalent.
• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and pre-hire processes.
• 2+ years’ experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment and pre-hire process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, schools, events.
• Screen candidates and assess against requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and pre-hire activities.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
• Support career fairs and community outreach.
