Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, seeks a Recruitment Specialist to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates. The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across our client base.

You'll oversee contract employees, maintain relationships, and drive recruitment metrics in a modern hybrid work environment. Training phase includes a 30-day ramp to flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and vet job orders, source, screen, interview, and present candidates.
• Match candidates with placements using independent judgment and interviewing skills.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and conduct client follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for contract employees.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to meet client needs.
