Job summary

E80 Group is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and Canada from Chicago area. You will build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, universities, and industry groups to attract top talent for manufacturing, automation and tech roles.

You will drive employer branding, university relations and onboarding support, reporting to the Director, People USCA. This is a hybrid role with travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, automation, engineering, logistics or industrial sectors.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, networking and partner­ship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, engineering, operations and corporate roles.
• Partner with People Director and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and events.
• Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines through process.
• Coordinate interviews and offers; track metrics and trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
