You will partner with managers to build field, warehouse, and administration teams, using sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements include a minimum of three years of full-life cycle recruiting and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Travel up to 5 days/quarter may be required.

• Minimum of three years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to hire for various roles across the East and beyond.
• Apply creative sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews and manage candidate experience.
• Represent the company at recruiting events such as career fairs and campus/job fairs.
