• Represent CapMetro at career fairs to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Identify screening tools and interview question banks for consistent selections.
• Support employer branding and candidate care across social platforms.
• Track KPIs like Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.
