Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, with hands-on recruiting preferred.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring-manager communication.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates and build pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and define requirements.
• Manage recruitment activities for multiple positions and business areas.
• Develop and post job announcements across boards and networks.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for openings.
• Review applications, conduct screenings, refer candidates to managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
