Job summary

Acrisure Cyber Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead day-to-day recruiting across all open positions within a scalable TA function. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the Director of People Operations and focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruiter-system optimization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and comfort working across Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work occasional hours to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities for all open positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, timelines, and priorities for efficient recruiting.
• Maintain and manage Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools with accurate candidate records.
• Audit, clean, organize, and standardize recruiting data for usability and efficiency.
• Develop documentation, workflows, and best practices for recruiting processes.
• Proactively build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
