Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the Peachtree Corners, GA site. You will handle day-to-day HR operations, associate relations, policy interpretation, and rollout of new programs in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You’ll partner with site leadership to address talent issues, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement, process improvements, and data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle confidential information
• Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to site management to address operational and talent issues
• Conduct associate relations activities including counseling, investigations, and disputes
• Support compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Assist in deployment and adoption of new HR programs and initiatives
• Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and engagement
