Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global TA team. You will partner with HR leaders to deliver full lifecycle recruiting, requisition management, and pipeline building across functions such as Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Commercial, and Corporate.

This contractor role offers hybrid work with in-office and remote options, based in NYC, NY or Piscataway, NJ, with no relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in full life-cycle talent acquisition.
• Proactive sourcing to build pipelines.
• Experience using data insights to improve hiring processes.
• Ability to navigate a large matrixed organization with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and selling points.
• Drive process improvements using data and insights to enhance candidate experience.
• Advise HR and business leaders on sourcing strategies and requirements.
• Execute innovative sourcing to engage passive talent and build pipelines.
• Develop targeted attraction strategies leveraging employer brand assets.
