• 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or recent graduate.
• Energetic, social, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
• Confident communicating with new people and collaboratively driving results.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging top early-career talent through LinkedIn, cold-calling, job boards, and campus recruiting events
• Reviewing resumes and screening applications
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assisting with onboarding and offer coordination
• Contributing to employer branding, campus recruitment, and DEI initiatives
• Learning how high-performing recruitment teams operate in a fast-paced environment
