What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Talent Acquisition and Operations Coordinator, you’ll join our People Team in attracting and sourcing our next top performers while ensuring our office is operating efficiently.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and engaging top early-career talent through LinkedIn, cold-calling, job boards, and campus recruiting events
• Reviewing resumes and screening applications
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assisting with onboarding and offer coordination
• Contributing to employer branding, campus recruitment, and DEI initiatives
• Learning how high-performing recruitment teams operate in a fast-paced environment

Operations Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate office supplies and set up equipment for new hire onboarding and induction
• Organize team events, celebrations, and company initiatives
• Act as a go-to resource for day-to-day questions

What We Offer:

• Full-time base salary of $55,000-$65,000 based on experience
