Job summary

Stefanini Group is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Deerfield, IL (Hybrid) to manage candidate experience and coordinate complex interview scheduling across sites. You will support the Operations - Solutions Recruiting Team, arrange travel, book rooms, track assessments, and help extend a positive onboarding experience while interacting with stakeholders across time zones.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; 1 year scheduling experience; strong communication and organization are

Qualifications

• Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support to Hiring Managers and Recruiters; act as SME on Workday Recruiting.
• Coordinate interview availability, respond to queries, and book rooms.
• Arrange travel and other logistics; ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support post-offer processes and onboarding activities; track assessments.
