Job summary

DLR Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting team during a high-volume internship season. This in-person role offers hands-on experience in recruiting operations, candidate evaluation, talent research, and employer branding while partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners.

You will help deliver a positive candidate experience and build proactive talent pipelines for future openings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support internship hiring process by organizing applications and identifying fit for multiple opportunities.
• Assist with candidate tracking, timely reviews, and proactive communications with TA Partners and hiring teams.
• Help improve consistency and efficiency of internship hiring and reporting processes.
