Job summary

IEQ Capital is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support hiring efforts by sourcing, identifying, and managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, is organized and proactive, and can partner with hiring managers across the firm to build strong candidate pipelines. Experience in financial services or wealth management is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, universities.
• Experience using ATS systems to maintain records and data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, universities and external partners.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach and interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
