• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Experience using Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals and university connections.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, asset management, or wealth management is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

The Role

At IEQ Capital, we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding exceptional people to our team. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the firm’s hiring efforts by sourcing, identifying, and managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruiting experience who has experience sourcing candidates and running full-cycle recruiting processes. Compensation

The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on skills and experience.
