Job summary

Arizona Public Service is seeking an Engineer to apply technical knowledge to complex T&D construction and maintenance projects. You will develop standards, assess materials, perform analyses, and support design teams while interfacing with customers and regulators.

The role may involve after-hours support. Positions require a four-year engineering degree and 5–8 years of related experience depending on level (III or Senior).

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree from ABET-accredited program.
• Five years of engineering-related experience for Engineer III role.
• Eight years of engineering-related experience for Engineer Senior role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and perform technical reviews and evaluations.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure designs comply with standards, codes and regulations.
• Plan and prioritize complex projects.
