Job summary

Greenville Federal Credit Union is seeking a Systems Support Technician I to join our tech team. You will provide exceptional technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware, helping staff and members while enhancing service delivery.

Requirements include an associate’s degree or equivalent plus about one year in IT, with working knowledge of Microsoft Servers, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, Windows 7/XP, and VMware. Hybrid work arrangements may follow initial training.

• 1 year in IT is essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Servers, MS Exchange, Outlook, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer systems, software and hardware.
• Respond to inquiries in person or by phone; create training materials.
• Install, modify, repair hardware/software; run diagnostics; support LAN/WAN.
