Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis (Hybrid/Onsite 3 days/week) is seeking a LibertyWorks Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering across interfaces, requirements and verification activities. You will coordinate across engineers and stakeholders, develop models, and drive technical decisions to deliver robust propulsion system components.

The role requires 2+ years in Systems Engineering or Systems Integration, with MBSE familiarity and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or Master/JD/PhD in Engineering.
• Systems Engineering and Systems Integration experience.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering and INCOSE methods.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and meet interdependencies between systems and components.
• Build engineering models to inform technical decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholder activities.
• Support risk assessments, design reviews and validation/test planning.
