Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a LibertyWorks Systems Engineer for a hybrid/onsite role in our Indianapolis office. You will coordinate stakeholders to define interdependencies, build system models, and drive requirements verification for complex propulsion and power systems.

The candidate will bring 2+ years in engineering or an advanced degree in Engineering Systems. A US security clearance is required. Relocation is available and a comprehensive total rewards package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience or Master’s/JD/PhD in Engineering Systems Engineering / Systems Integration experience.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, USA Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across stakeholders to define and meet interdependencies between systems, subsystems and components.
• Build engineering and architecture models to inform technical decisions.
• Define and verify requirements for products, systems, and components.
• Lead interdisciplinary subsystem teams to solve complex problems and manage interfaces.
