Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in systems engineering or a comparable IT operations role.
• Experience with on-prem, hosted, and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of IT security controls, PCI DSS and NIST frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve core IT infrastructure and services across on-prem, hosted, and cloud environments.
• Administer identity, device, and collaboration platforms (Entra ID, M365, Google Workspace).
• Manage endpoints via Intune for Windows and macOS; enforce compliance policies.
• Monitor health, capacity, and uptime; perform root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Support backup/recovery with Veeam; runbooks and Confluence documentation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and post‑incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering Manager and senior staff on projects.
