Job summary

IntegriChain is seeking an IT Systems Engineer I to support the administration, monitoring, and performance of our network and infrastructure. The role is a Hybrid position with time split around 3 days in-office and 2 days remote in Philadelphia, with occasional data center visits.

You will manage LAN/WAN, Azure networking, and Cisco Meraki devices, while supporting Microsoft 365/AD and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting network, infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments.
• Expert in troubleshooting network connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with administering Zscaler and supporting Cisco Meraki devices.
• Cloud networking infrastructure knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, internet, and VPN connectivity.
• Assist with Azure networking services configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support switches, routers, firewalls, and Meraki wireless infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain network documentation and inventory records.
