Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience required or 2 years as VC3 Systems Analyst I.
• 3+ years experience managing Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, GPOs, Virus and Security, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V and VMware, routing and Switching, Firewalls, VPNs.
• CCNA, VMware, or Microsoft 365/Azure certifications highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of current IT concepts, issues, practices, methodologies, and trends.
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills; ability to understand and analyze complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Receive & respond to escalated service requests, incidents and change requests in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide lower tier technical team members to handle escalations beyond tier 1/2 scope.
• Train and educate VC3 clients on technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with LOB applications, browsers, Office, network connectivity, DHCP/DNS, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and OS on servers/desktops/laptops.
• Perform technical admin tasks (virus removal, VM resource changes, AD/password resets).
• Identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets; engage vendors/SMEs as needed.
