Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure stability, security, and efficient operation of our server, storage, and cloud environments. You will monitor, manage, and optimize Windows-based systems, VMware/Hyper-V, and enterprise storage, while collaborating with network teams and vendors.

The role requires travel to multiple office locations, strong AD/Exchange/Office 365/Azure expertise, and a proactive approach to security and performance. Hybrid work is provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
• Proven ability to manage Group Policy and run PowerShell scripts.
• Willingness to travel to data centers and regional locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, integrity, security, and efficient operation of servers, storage, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Document system performance statistics and reports; meet SLA requirements.
• Manage Windows-based servers in VMware/Hyper-V environments and enterprise storage.
• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements; maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Collaborate with network staff and vendors to ensure reliable operations.
