Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS or related field.
• 0-2+ years of experience monitoring, analyzing and maintaining computer system operations.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Supports design/architectural maintenance for multi-platform distributed environments.
• </br>Serves as SME for maintenance and support of customer products
• Troubleshoots and analyzes complex issues across infrastructure products and networking components
• Helps design, implement, configure, and standardize operating systems enterprise-wide
• Regulates system performance and capacity, and tunes systems for optimum results
• Develops disaster recovery plans and tests
• Ensures compliance with security policies and standards
• Ensures data integrity with software/hardware solutions
• Reviews vendor-provided services to meet SLAs
• Plans software/hardware upgrades and system installations
