Qualifications

• Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems.
• Liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers to achieve intended outcomes.
• 84 months of experience authoring technical and business process documentation including user guides, training manuals, processes, policies and procedures.
• 36 months of experience creating user-facing documentation for Enterprise applications serving 1,000+ users.
• 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders to define, model, document and analyze business and technical processes.
• 36 months of experience preparing testing materials including test plans, scenarios and scripts, and test execution reporting.
• 12 months of experience writing effective AI prompts for document analysis or BA tasks.
• 12 months experience building reports using Oracle Analytics tools.
• 12 months experience producing WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliant user-facing documents
• 12 months experience creating instructional videos using UPK or other tools
• 12 months experience preparing procurement documents such as RFP
• 12 months experience working with public sector.

Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation including training materials, test scripts, user guides and end-user correspondence.
• Update written materials as applications and processes change.
• Document business work processes, use cases and scenarios to support requirements and design.
