Qualifikationen

• 84 months of stakeholder communications experience with presentations and materials.
• 60 months reverse-engineering legacy MS Access databases and writing complex SQL.
• 60 months liaison between stakeholders, vendors and developers translating technical requirements.
• 48 months with enterprise Document Management Systems or relational databases.
• 36 months developing multi-tier .NET Framework/.NET Core apps using C# and MVC.
• 84 months leading end-to-end technical analysis and system modeling (UML/DFD/ERD).
• 84 months experience as Lead Systems Analyst or Systems Architect on complex systems.
• Masters Degree in a computer or technology related field.

Aufgaben

• Gather requirements and communicate with DPS program staff and stakeholders.
• Analyze and model complex enterprise systems; produce UML, DFDs, and ERDs.
• Reverse-engineer legacy databases; design normalized schemas for SQL Server/Oracle.
• Translate business rules into technical requirements for .NET developers and DBAs.
• Design and support integrations with Document Management Systems and external databases.
• Plan data migration strategies and ETL specifications for legacy data transfer.
• Write and validate complex SQL queries; conduct system integration testing.
