Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and create structured specifications (technical specs, use cases, story cards).
• Understand design and business models and translate to technical deliverables.
• Write SQL queries and interpret data models.
• Act as liaison between development team and end users.
• Contribute to QA strategy and deliverables.
• Provide level 1 on-call support and on-call communications.
