Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Systems Analyst to join the IT Operations team in a hybrid role with three days in office at multiple offices (Salt Lake City, Boise, etc.). The position requires a Bachelor’s in CS/Math/Business Admin and 1–5 years of experience in requirements development, with strong SQL, data analysis, ETL, and QA skills.

Responsibilities include creating specifications, translating business needs into technical deliverables, and providing On-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of business or system experience developing requirements for projects.

Responsibilities

• Read and create structured specifications such as Technical Specifications, use cases, and story cards.
• Read and understand design and business models including basic technical understanding.
• Writes SQL queries and reads simple data models.
• Act as a liaison between development and end users to deliver meaningful solutions.
• Contribute to deliverables including analysis and validation, potentially writing scripts.
• Provide level 1 on-call support as needed for monitoring and issue routing.
