Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a Systems Analyst I-III for the Facets Application Services team in a hybrid role (3 days/week in office). The role focuses on business, data and product/application analysis across systems and data integrations, supporting the development and maintenance of solutions for health care processes.

The candidate should bring a Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years of experience with analytics, requirements gathering and testing (SIT/UAT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field with 1+ years experience (Analyst I).
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience (Analyst II) including methodologies and structured analytical approach.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience (Analyst III) including advanced analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Read and create structured specifications such as Technical Specifications, use cases, and story cards.
• Read and understand design and business models including basic technical understanding.
• Write SQL queries and read data models.
• Contribute to deliverables by acting as liaison between development and end users.
• Provide estimates for small tasks and support project progress.
• Develop knowledge of health care terms and insurance concepts.
