Job summary

The Systems Administrator at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. will support the IT Systems Manager and Server Team, maintaining stability and uptime across core systems. You will manage Dell hardware, storage arrays, and cloud services, while building automation with PowerShell to streamline internal tools.

You will act as a Level 3 escalation point, handling advanced troubleshooting, and contributing to a hybrid work model with in‑office presence three days weekly after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Azure experience.
• 2–3 years in virtualization with Hyper‑V.
• 2–3 years in enterprise backup/recovery solutions.
• 2–3 years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• 2–3 years managing SSL certificates.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Systems Manager and Server Team with day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain system stability, performance and availability.
• Administer Dell servers, PowerVault and Nimble storage systems.
• Support Endpoint Central, Zoom and Proofpoint.
• Develop automation using PowerShell for internal tools.
• Act as Level 3 escalation for root cause analysis and incident response.
