Job summary

Join Crestwood Behavioral Health in Stockton, CA as a Systems Administrator to support the IT Systems Manager and Server Team. You will maintain system stability, performance, and availability across Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, while administering Dell servers, Power Vault and Nimble storage, and supporting Endpoint Central, Zoom, and Proofpoint.

This is an in-office, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Azure environments.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Virtualization technologies and hypervisors (e.g., Hyper‑V).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Automation and Scripting using PowerShell.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing SSL certificates, including renewal, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supports IT Systems Manager and Server Team in maintaining system stability, performance, and availability.
• Administers Dell server hardware, Power Vault and Nimble storage systems.
• Supports Endpoint Central, Zoom, and Proofpoint; develops automation using PowerShell and PowerShell Universal.
• Acts as a Level 3 escalation point, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical business systems.
