Job summary

Orlando Magic is seeking a proactive Systems Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, identity services, and cloud platforms. You will own incident response, upgrades, and disaster recovery in a 24/7 environment, partnering with security teams to improve resilience and compliance.

You will drive modernization and documentation, deliver reliable services, and support on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years in systems administration or infrastructure support.
• Experience in cloud and hybrid environments with multi-tenant setups.
• Strong Windows server management, virtualization, storage, and IAM.
• Proficiency with M365, email security, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise systems across servers, storage, and network devices.
• Keep systems secure, patched, and highly available with full lifecycle ownership.
• Monitor infrastructure, respond to alerts, and reduce noise with clear ownership.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery testing, and restore procedures.
• Lead modernization, security, and compliance initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and assist Tier 1 as needed.
• Document configurations, processes, and incident responses.
