Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates and independent agents seeking technical assistance.
• Provide level 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and applications via phone, web, or chat.
• Escalate issues with proper data to level 2 teams and track resolutions.
• Document issue trends and contribute to knowledge articles for self-service support.
• Assist with PC lifecycle management, from procurement to retirement and disposal.
