Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a System Administrator I to join our Information Systems team. This role supports the day-to-day operation, security, and reliability of the Company's technology environment, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, endpoint management, backup systems, and related infrastructure.

Ideal for an early-career IT professional eager to gain hands-on experience across a broad tech stack while supporting a multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/ Cybersecurity/Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting technology systems, devices, applications, or infrastructure in a business or educational environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and maintenance of Azure, Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, and related infrastructure.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and approved changes.
• Monitor system health and resolve reliability and performance issues.
• Document incidents, requests, changes, and resolutions.
