Job summary

The Odom Corporation, a long‑standing beverage distributor in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a System Administrator I to join our Information Systems team in Vancouver, WA or Spokane, WA. This early‑career IT professional will support day‑to‑day operations, security, and reliability across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and related infrastructure.

You will collaborate with IS staff, business users, and vendors to ensure access, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and security controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting technology systems, devices, applications, or infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and maintenance of Microsoft Azure and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and approved changes.
• Monitor system health and resolve reliability and performance issues.
• Help maintain secure and stable technology services across the organization.
• Document incidents, changes, and resolutions using service-management practices.
