Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Manager to oversee environmental and regulatory compliance across packaging and product operations in the Atlanta area. The role requires leading programs for bottle bills, EPR, PCR usage, and CA SB 54 considerations, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure environmental requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in a relevant field and 6+ years of packaging sustainability leadership in CPG or manufacturing, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in environmental, physical or natural science, engineering, supply chain, finance or related field.
• 6+ years leading sustainability initiatives and packaging compliance in CPG/food/bev manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of packaging legislation and sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability regulatory compliance programs (bottle bills, EPR, PCR use).
• Manage registrations, submissions, certifications, data requests and reporting obligations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure products/packaging meet environmental requirements.
• Track and communicate changes in environmental regulations and advise leadership.
