Adept Group is seeking a Packaging Compliance & Regulatory Manager for a hybrid role in Ohio. You will provide technical leadership for packaging regulatory compliance across a broad product portfolio, focusing on food-contact requirements, sustainability, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will guide regulatory risk assessment, support packaging development and commercialization, and ensure compliant processes. Travel is occasional, with on-site collaboration when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field required.
• 8+ years in packaging regulatory affairs, food-contact materials, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and sustainability requirements.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and reviewing supplier documentation.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and identify discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory compliance assessments for packaging materials, components, suppliers and changes.
• Interpret food-contact, chemical, labeling, sustainability and end-of-life requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on innovation and cost-savings.
• Maintain packaging compliance documentation and supplier evidence.
• Monitor emerging regulations and translate into actionable plans.
