Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group seeks a Surety Client Manager for our San Diego client. The role manages and services an assigned book of surety business, serving as the primary agency contact for bond accounts.

The position offers base salary up to $115,000 per year, with bonuses and benefits. In-office training is provided, followed by a hybrid/remote work arrangement. Experience with surety bonds and underwriting documentation is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of surety experience including bond servicing.
• Experience processing and servicing surety bond requests and documentation.
• Experience handling client financial information and underwriting docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of surety bond business as primary agency contact.
• Process bond requests, issuances, renewals, and ongoing servicing.
• Maintain client financial files and bond documentation.
• Coordinate with surety carriers regarding requests and underwriting docs.
• Assist with development and servicing of new surety business.
• Support commercial and contract surety accounts including bid, performance, payment, license and permit bonds.
