Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance or finance industry.
• Knowledge of Underwriting support processes and procedures.
• Ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall day to day customer service to Underwriters, Agents, and Principals.
• Process premium entry of bonds and handle renewals and cancellations.
• Generate and distribute monthly reports to Regional Managers.
