Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives in managing surety accounts. The role involves bond requests, reporting, and liaison with underwriters in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has P&C licensing and 5-7 years in a Surety setting, with strong communication and customer service skills. A professional designation is desirable, and EPIC proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• P&C licensed required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in surety industry events.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests, billing issues and bond reports.
• Request informational updates, analyze and communicate data to underwriters.
• Respond to client questions about account bond programs, project limits and opportunities.
• Communicate with underwriters on bond status and approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed and develop carrier submissions.
• Present final proposals to prospects and gather information for reviews.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate with internal/external clients and partners.
• Support other surety staff and attend client meetings as required.
