Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Surety Account Manager who will provide customer service and support to underwriters, agents, and clients. The role is based in either Scottsdale, AZ, or Norristown, PA, and includes a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance or finance industry.
• Knowledge of underwriting support processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to underwriters and clients.
• Process account setups, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Generate and distribute reports to management.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding bond-related matters.
