Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with three years of experience in Human Services working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid NYS Driver's License required.
• Experience as a Support Broker is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals in developing a Circle of Support and facilitate meetings.
• Ensure completion of staff action plans and program safeguards for individuals.
• Educate and train individuals and planning teams regarding Self-Direction Budget.
