Job summary

Upstate Cerebral Palsy located in Utica, NY is seeking a Broker to assist individuals in developing and maintaining Self-Directed Plans. The role involves collaboration with families, budget management, and ensuring eligibility for Medicaid funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with developmental disabilities.
• Must meet and maintain OPWDD Broker training and certification requirements.
• Travel is required. Must have a valid NYS driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Self‑Directed Plan / Budget.
• Provide education, training, and support to individuals and families.
• Review Self Directed expenditures and assist with budgeting.
