Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure finished goods are available at the right time, manage inventory, and execute replenishment strategies across the organization.

You will analyze supply chain performance and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize service, efficiency, and inventory levels. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and 2–4 years of planning or inventory experience, with strong communication, analytical, and Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning or operational inventory management.
• Ability to proactively communicate and address issues, critical thinking required.
• Proven analytical, data management, organization and communications skills.
• Training and experience with perishables and or dairy industry preferred.
• Previous ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning of finished goods inventory from replenishment orders to customer shipments.
• Own, improve, and maintain planning parameters (lead time, order quantities, stocking targets) in SAP/APO.
• Develop inventory plans to support launches, promotions, replacements, and seasonality.
• Execute replenishment orders against internal and external sources.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and communicate current and future shortages, and recovery plans.
• Prioritize inventory risk reviews and identify mitigation opportunities.
• Analyze KPIs including fill rate and loss and identify improvement strategies.
