Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to lead monthly S&OP meetings, gather updates from sales and marketing, and adjust forecasts based on data-driven insights. You will own the accuracy of the sales forecast at product/location level and partner with core customers on demand communication.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with Power BI, Excel, and SAP, and a hybrid work schedule based in Milwaukee, WI with onsite attendance four days per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with demand planning or forecasting is preferred.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP demand meetings with sales and supply chain departments.
• Gather updates from sales, category management, and marketing to adjust forecasts.
• Communicate demand changes to internal partners using data-driven methods.
